Big Picture TM Software provides Cloud based solution for South Dakota Retailers Association

Big Picture ^TM Software is excited to announce that they have signed a new contract with the South Dakota Retailers Association (SDRA). With the Membership Management module, SDRA members and staff will save time by allowing a renewal candidate to login and use a credit card to renew their membership. This real-time system automatically keeps contact information up-to-date.

Big Picture^TM Software gives SDRA a total member management system. The Association Management module allows them to manage membership information in a real-time, secure online environment. The web-based database is available from any Internet connected PC, allowing immediate access to member information anytime, anywhere.

Challenge: SDRA was using an older Access database which presented many challenges when handling data from multiple sources. They were looking to move more of their business processes online and have a central repository for all data.

Solution: Big Picture ^TM Software will allow SDRA to automate and streamline both internal and external business processes and create a central repository for all data. Participating association members will be able to fill out online applications and surveys all within a “Cloud” based environment. Association staff will now be able to log into the new real-time web enabled database and update call logs, process applications, renewals and payments.

The transparency and flexibility of the Big Picture Software will allow SDRA to meet the growing demands of their members. Access to data is significantly improved over their previous internal database. Now office staff, members and executives can easily update and manipulate data.
