The Kentucky Retired Teachers Association (KRTA) selects Big Picture Software to implement a new database system. The new database will replace the antiquated software currently being utilized by KRTA. Big Picture Software’s core database component will assist with processing payments for their members, and it will integrate with the Kentucky state retirement system to process renewal payments. Big Picture Software will also assist with invoice processing, internal reports, member correspondence and member management.

About KRTA

KRTA is the "only organization in the state that has as its main purpose to look out for their welfare." This web site is designed to provide members with the latest information and news of interest to our more than 29,000 members. KRTA offers its members a wide variety of benefit programs that you can review under the Membership Benefits tab above. KRTA members are active in community service projects with volunteers logging in many hours of service. KRTA also strives to keeping members informed about legislation affecting them at both the state and federal levels. Of particular concern are efforts to at the state level to make changes in our KTRS pension plan and federal efforts to modify Social Security and Medicare.
