Licensee Interface Option The Licensee Interface Option for the Big Picture™ EMS Organization Management Module gives control of simple information updates to the licensee, freeing up the time and efforts of board personnel. Licensees can log into the system to update contact information, check the status of their license, and submit CEU credits, all subject to approval by board administrators. This system creates a seamless link between licensees and their records, reducing paper forms and simplifying the management of information. Renewal Management Option The Renewal Management Option for the Big Picture™ EMS Organization Management Module gives licensees the option of completing and paying for their renewal in a secure online environment. The central data repository virtually eliminates the need for paper forms and central data entry by allowing licensees to submit their information and payment over the web. Vehicle Management Option The Vehicle Management Option for the Big Picture™ EMS Organization Management Module allows squad leaders to manage multiple emergency and rescue vehicles in a real-time, secure online environment. Squad leaders can insert, update, and delete vehicle records allowing them to track mileage, make, year, and VIN for each type of vehicle. Board Management Option The Board Management Option for the Big Picture™ EMS Organization Management Module allows state licensure boards to manage their licensees in a secure online environment. This web-based database is available from any internet accessible PC, giving administrators the utmost flexibility in managing their geographically diverse member base. Squad Leader Interface Option The Squad Leader Interface Option for the Big Picture™ EMS Organization Management Module allows squad leaders to manage squad rosters, roster member types, and retrieve roster member information in an online collaborative environment.
