credit card. Baseline reports are included with the Standard Tools Option to track user information,
individual purchase information, and aggregate sales.
Advanced Tools Option
The Advanced Tools Option for the Big Picture™ ECommerce Module provides enhanced functionality in
the areas of packaged offerings, store development templates, ecoupons, and advanced purchase
information to the customer. These include the ability to show customers what products other buyers
selected, bundle items together into attractive packages, and to show the most popular items in the
online store. Quantity discounts and items on sale are also configured in the Advanced Tools
Option.
Fulfillment Option
The Fulfillment Option for the Big Picture™ ECommerce Module allows online store owners to manage
filling customer orders and to provide feedback to customers on order status. A simple workflow
engine that allows configurable process steps is utilized to give fulfillment personnel full control
over order fill procedures. Each step in the process is made available for view to customers on the
web in an attractive interface that provides a snapshot view of the status of their entire order in
real-time.
Customer Service Option
The Customer Service Option for the Big Picture™ ECommerce Module gives online store customers a
forum to provide feedback, comments, and complaints to store owners in a ticket system interface.
Customer returns and product defects are handled simply and easily in the interface by assigning
service numbers that allow tracking by customers as well as store owners. The ticketing system
utilizes a simple workflow engine that allows store owners to configure their own customer service
process to best utilize the resources they have available.
Advanced Reports Option
The Advanced Reports Option for the Big Picture™ ECommerce Module is the advanced tool to track and
report on buying trends and customer information. Purchase information is available in individual
terms or in the aggregate, filtered by user selected parameters. The online reports are available
in real-time, giving administrators a "digital dashboard" view of their operation.
