Their contract is for ongoing service, enhancements and support of our Big Picture™ licensing product that provides the central database engine for all board licensure functions. The system manages disciplinary/case management documents and actions along with online renewals for all license classes. Big Picture™ software is also integrated with the Board's existing payment, collection and reconciliation processes. The NDBOP hosts their entire website, database, online services and administrative system with Big Picture™ software.

The current contract is for ongoing service, enhancements and support of our Big Picture™ licensing product that provides the central database engine for all board licensure functions. Big Picture™ Licensing Software manages all of the Board's disciplinary actions and online renewals for all license classes. We provide all their online services from this central online database. It has an easy-to-use web content management system that allows staff to manipulate website content. SDSBOD hosts their entire website, database, online services and administrative system with Big Picture™ software.
Big Picture™ software is in the process of transitioning NDBOMEX's antiquated custom-built database, which suffered from a lack of support and advanced licensure features, to our Big Picture™ Regulatory Licensing solution. NDBOMEX will be utilizing our services for online renewals, applications, license verification and disciplinary case management. Big Picture will also be enhancing and expanding the licensing cycle while storing all of the data in a secure central repository. This will help organize and maintain records for easy accessiblity for staff members, board directors and the public.
Big Picture™ software has been selected to provide SDBON with a hosted cloud-based software application that facilitates license tracking, online applications, renewals, case enforcement and other regulatory licensing protocol. Big Picture's solution provides SDBON with secure database hosting, secure online tools integrated into their existing website, licensing applications and dedicated customer and technical support. Also, as part of the solution, SDBON will also be using Big Picture's Disciplinary/Case Management module to assist with compliance and enforcement. SBDON will receive software updates and enhancements along with a support plan as part of their service agreement.
Our Board needed an online database to be able to better serve our licensees. We needed to start from the ground up. Big Picture Software designed a database for us that allows us easy access to licensee information and a seamless system for processing online renewals. Big Picture Software took the time to discuss exactly what we needed and how we intended to use it and built a database that is user friendly on the licensee side as well as the administrative side.
The customer service we received while the project was in development and that we continue to receive today is second to none.
